The staff was very helpful We arrived early and they made us welcome I needed directions and they were knowledgeable pool was nice and hot tub to relax after meeting very close to beach/ restraunts and shopping
loud bathroom fan tub seemed old
Room was clean. Inside pool was nice. Hotel fornt desk staff was friendly.
Room was clean, pool areas were nice
Bathroom, though clean, was small
the outside pool was great very relaxing and bed and pillows were very comfortable. location was centeral.
traffic outside the hotel hard to get in and out would have liked to be with in walking distance of the beach and shops
I took my 87 year old mom overnight to the Cape to attend a show at the Cape Cod Melody Tent. I booked it sight unseen through Booked.net and was pleasantly surprised! The room had a great layout, 2 queen beds, a nice tv and a refrigerator. It was right on the main street, close to everything. Very clean, friendly staff, nice pool, easy parking - I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing - it was great.
Nice room, outdoor pool area, breakfast cafe very good. Reasonably priced, good location.
Air conditioner didn't seem to work properly. No matter what temp you set it to, was too cold. Also is was very loud. No other issues, would stay again.
Very accommodating, relatively clean, accessibity to and from attractions, location.
could use some modernizing and needs more upkeep. Siding door with a view of the parking lot right out side 6 feet away had a bad lock, they used a bar at the bottom for the backup lock. And the air conditioner was missing control knobs.
Located on RT28 made it easy to get around to go shopping and golfing. Close to beaches too.
Loved the pools and the staff was very pleasant.
Carpets in room where dirty and bathrooms were not very clean. Also the balcony banister was filthy.
The location is handy to beaches, shopping.
There was a bug squashed on the ceiling of our room when we checked in, and stayed there throughout our stay. The maid neglected to bring in fresh towels the first day...I had to call the front desk to get them. Toilet was not securely bolted to the floor...it rocked back and forth, felt like it could come loose at any time.
I liked having a room that opened to a grassy area where we could sit out and relax. I liked the fact that they have and large indoor pool area with a sports bar overlooking the pool - very unique! The game room was also nice since we have a 12 year old son. I appreciated that they are making upgrades to the property: our bathroom was newly renovated and the carpet in hallway had just been installed. And we had a fridge in room! You can tell the management cares enough to invest in the property, and for the rate we paid, it was a good value. We didn't try the restaurant due to time constraints, but I was impressed with how reasonable the breakfast menu was.
The heat/air conditioning system was annoying - either full blast heat or full blast cold. Difficult to get right temperature control, and for the bed next to the ac unit - not a pleasant sleep.
The cafe, indoor pool, and hot tub. The sport lounge would have been great if they had something other than frozen pizza to serve.
No food in the sports lounge
The pool was very nice.
We both did not care to pay for breakfast. most places we stay at either include the breakfast or have a continental breakfast. I must have misread the add, as the reason we picked this was because we thought it included the breakfast. Although we liked the pool, we quickly realized that no one enforced the rules, such as no ball playing, no diving. All the kids were either diving head first or jumping in. Even the adults were throwing balls all over. The adults only 10-11pm was not enforced as kids were still in the pool.
Appearance when I walked in
Heating system was noicey
Local feel. Not your typical chain. Employees were friendly and breakfast was great and reasonable ( not included in price). The hotel was quiet even though it was fully booked. It seems to get mostly families. The price was reasonable.
Rooms were fair to poor. The mattresses looked like they were 20 years old. There were no bed skirts on the beds so you could see the ugly mattresses. The bathrooms were okay but also looked old.
